Tent Permits for Metro/Davidson County

Tent Permits: There is a permit fee of $125.00 for the erection of a tent in Metro/Davidson County. This permit will be obtained by Titan Tent. This charge includes a permit from the Metro Codes Office and the Fire Marshall Office. These permits have to be obtained by the tent company if at all possible 2 – 3 weeks prior to your tent being erected. A site plan has to be submitted to each of the offices which will outline the size of your tent and location where the tent will be erected on the property.

We provide a FREE SITE INSPECTION to ensure that you have the proper size tent to accommodate your event and that you have ample space at the location where your tent is to be erected.

Exit Signs: Depending on the size of your tent and if your tent will have sides you may be required to have exit signs. Also, depending on the size of your tent you may be required to have a fire extinguisher present.
